This page covers delivery standards for every order of felt table mats, educational toys, storage baskets, puzzle boards, and other children's crafts placed through our store.
Timmy Felt, operated by Shijiazhuang Timmy Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our"), establishes this Shipping Policy to clarify delivery standards for all orders placed through our online store. We're committed to providing reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping services to our valued customers across various regions.
1. Shipping Destinations
We provide shipping to all 50 states of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and most international countries and regions. Our logistics network is designed to ensure wide coverage and timely delivery. Please note that we currently do not ship to:
- PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Countries or regions under international trade sanctions
For remote areas that require specialized logistics arrangements (such as island destinations, rural communities, or areas with limited carrier access), additional fees may apply based on carrier rates and delivery complexity. These fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
2. Shipping Options & Timelines
- CostShipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package weight and dimensions, and delivery destination, and are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet certain criteria, such as a minimum order value, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
- Delivery TimeEstimated delivery within 20 to 30 working days (UTC) from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays. During peak shopping seasons, slight delays of 2 to 3 additional working days may occur due to high shipment volumes.
- TrackingReal-time tracking updates are provided via a direct link to the carrier's website, included in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed at our fulfillment center during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The following timelines apply:

4. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment confirmation. You can track your order using either of the following methods:
- Click the direct carrier website link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit the "My Orders" section of your personal account on our store
5. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
We strive to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date if:
- Your order has exceeded the stated delivery window without arrival
- Items arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following information:
- Your complete order number and tracking ID
- Clear photos of any damaged items and the external packaging
